Le Toiny St. Barth—one of our favorite boutique hotels in the Caribbean—has just completed an extensive renovation by Bee Osborn Interiors, and the result is a masterclass in organic luxury. The design draws inspiration from nature, with standout pieces like the new leather fringe lamps and a dramatic oversized rattan wall installation. In the bathrooms, Samuel Heath’s hand-crafted hardware adds a refined touch, a nod to the brand’s fifth-generation English craftsmanship.
A particularly striking feature is the perspex box frame filled with coconut shells by Paolo Moschino and Nicholas Haslam. At first glance, it’s hard to tell what the pieces are, but a closer look reveals the clever craftsmanship behind them. The display is bold yet seamlessly blends with the space.
The hotel, an all-suite property, offers private plunge pools and the only private beach in Saint Barts—ideal for winter getaways. Whether you’re a leisure-seeker or a bride-to-be searching for the ultimate wedding destination (the owner is a reverend, in case you were wondering), Le Toiny covers all bases.
And now, there’s a new, exciting one-of-a-kind accommodation, officially called the Goop Beauty Suite, which is equipped with the founder of the wellness & media brand, Gwyneth Paltrow’s, favorite products. You can take them home with you, too.
Also new is the restaurant, La Table, now offering a tapas-style menu under a Michelin-starred chef. But the real highlight is the Thursday Beach Extravaganza at the hotel’s Beach Club. Featuring live music, fire shows, and stunning lighting, it offers a one-of-a-kind dining experience on the private beach. It’s an a la carte event with limited availability, so reservations are a must.
