Montana Treehouse Retreat Airbnb Review

This swoon-worthy, secluded Airbnb (@airbnbin Montana, Montana Treehouse Retreat (@mttreehouse) — which is set on five scenic acres surrounded by picturesque forest — is what Instagram dreams are made of. Plus, not only is this cozy, design-forward hideout located within easy driving distance of the bucket-list-worthy Glacier National Park (@glaciernps), but it’s also mere minutes from the famed Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort (@skiwhitefish).

Whether you’re traveling with your SO or your family, the treehouse sleeps up to four and offers everything you need for a much-needed escape from reality. It spans 500 square feet of living space and boasts a grand spiral staircase, a full kitchen (complete with a dishwasher and stove), a luxe master suite with a private bathroom. Guests should also take advantage of the two outdoor decks — complete with a campfire — where you can sip a coffee or cocktail, cozy up, and admire the postcard-worthy views.

The vacation rental is especially ideal for nature lovers, as the interior truly brings the outdoors in — quite literally: In fact, inside of the home, you’ll find two living trees! The treehouse is also great for those looking for a much-needed, tech-free escape — especially since there is no wired Internet. (There is a hotspot, but service is spotty, so we recommend taking the time to unplug and unwind while you have the chance.)

While you may not be ready to travel just yet, note that this uber-popular rental tends to book up quickly — as in, months in advance — so it’s recommended you reserve your stay as soon as possible.

PS: As a reminder, Airbnb now offers flexible cancellation policies, so you can always reschedule or cancel if need be.
