Hotel Jerome Auberge is a handsome boutique stay in the center of town. They just opened a Felix Roasting Co, which, just like its famous sister location in Manhattan, is blueprinted by renowned AD 100 designer Ken Fulk. Plus, the Aspen Art Museum's current exhibition on display at the hotel is a treat.

The Dominick Hotel, in NYC's SoHo neighborhood, sports a contemporary design that flaunts Fendi Casa furnishings as well as guestrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic views. Ground-floor restaurant Vestry is both atmospheric and delicious.
