Jade Trau never leaves home without her loupe and brings a subjective eye to diamonds, finding the fire and liveliness that surpasses GIA certifications and paperwork. We’ve all looked for the perfect lover on paper only to be wow’d by the first date with the one that breaks all of the rules. Similarly, Jade does not’ ascribe to a rulebook for the perfect diamond. She has over 20 years of experience as a diamond buyer and comes from a familial legacy of jewelry design–she will source and set a stone that you couldn’t even imagine falling for until you see it on your own hand in Southampton.
For Jade, it’s artistry too. Her work features asymmetric settings, east-to-west settings, fancy shapes, and classics reimagined for the modern bride. Beyond bridal, her fine jewelry pieces are for those who appreciate classic artistry but feel destined to stand out. Think: open wrap rings, diamond clustered charms, and reshaped bezel pendants.
From August 27th through the end of September, Jade Trau will also launch a pop-up in London at Harrods with larger pieces and one-of-a-kind exclusives. Then, later this year, in November, the designer will unveil a pop-up experience at Bergdorf Goodman.
