Naturally, health-conscious Los Angeles is leading the charge. Enter Society De La Rassi: an up-and-coming label redefining luxury with their dealcoholized sparkling wine—a chic alternative to traditional bubbly.

When asked about the inspiration behind Society De La Rassi, founder Steve Jackson explained, “I couldn’t find anything in the current non-alcoholic wine space that genuinely resonated with my interests—so few brands exist with the legacy or iconic experiences of the centuries-old Champagne houses.”

Drawing from the timeless allure of high-fashion brands like Louis Vuitton and Hermès, Society De La Rassi places a strong emphasis on design. Marketing Director Welsey Davis styled the brand’s website and packaging to exude old-world elegance, with clean-cut labels featuring a bold red-orange square logo and minimalist fonts that perfectly complement the sparkling wine’s refined nature.

Society De La Rassi’s signature product, the “Neue Brut,” is crafted from Chardonnay grapes of the 2023 vintage, and sustainably sourced from Spain. This excellent flagship maintains an alcohol content of less than 0.5%, with a low sugar level of just 1.2 grams per 100 milliliters—perfectly aligned with classic Brut Champagne—and only 15 calories per serving.

The secret lies in its innovative vacuum distillation process, which delicately removes the alcohol while preserving the wine’s authentic body, essence, and crisp effervescence. The result? A sparkling wine that stays true to the spirit of Brut Champagne, delivering the same refreshing pop, fizz, and luxurious taste—minus the effects of alcohol on your body.

Deemed “the non-alcoholic wine for neue-age soirées and noteworthy characters,” Society De La Rassi’s “Neue Brut” more than lives up to the hype. Poured into vintage champagne coupes for a recent dinner gathering at hit New York City restaurant BRASS, the zero-proof sparkling wine was an undeniable hit among non-drinkers, keeping everyone in the celebratory spirit without missing a beat.

A single 750ml bottle of Neue Brut Vintage 2023 is available at select retailers and online for $70—or opt for a case of six bottles for $420.
