In a vast sea of private coworking spaces, members club NeueHouse — “Home of the New”—rises above the rest as the preeminent place to work, create, learn, and collaborate.
NeueHouse was founded in NYC in 2011, and in a little over a decade has flourished into a bicoastal hive thrumming with innovative ideas and synergistic experiences. The brand challenges the traditional coworking concept by doubling as a cultural home for its curated community of changemakers. The world-class programming is thoughtful and extensive, ranging from roundtable discussions and talks to live performances and film screenings. So are each House’s professionally-produced social events, which unites creative luminaries, thought-leaders, and entrepreneurs defining the fields of design, media, entertainment, philanthropy, and the arts. NeueHouse also frequently partners with leading art organizations, like Frieze, to provide joint memberships and exclusive culture passes to events.
In addition to its Madison Square flagship, NeueHouse currently operates two locations in Los Angeles. Two hotly-anticipated Houses in Venice Beach and Miami’s Design District are slated to open later this year. Each outpost occupies an iconic heritage building that has been revitalized with timeless interior design; the newest is Neuehouse Bradbury, which took over the second floor of Downtown L.A.’s architecturally-significant Bradbury Building. The 19th-century landmark—built as DTLA’s first commercial building—is best known for its ornate ironwork, bird-cage elevators, and a sky-lit atrium. Last year, the 25,000-square-foot industrial space was refreshed by firm DesignAgency with private studios and atelier desks, alongside communal Gallery seating, and amenities such as an all-day café and bar. There’s also a dedicated wellness room to enjoy free meditation sessions and access to wellness coaches for on-demand appointments.
NeueHouse offers four flexible membership tiers with annual fees ranging from $595 to $3,200, which also provide access to reciprocal memberships and bespoke amenities at hotels, restaurants, and other membership clubs around the world.
