Palihotel Seattle Review

Palisociety’s first property in the scenic Pacific Northwest, Palihotel Seattle (@palisociety), is situated on Pine Street in the heart of downtown Seattle, just steps away from the famed Pike Place Market and waterfront. Constructed on the original site of the 1900s-era Colonnade Hotel, this boutique hotel is now a national registered historic building, in keeping with Palisociety’s mission to preserve the property’s historical standing. As a nod to the sensibility of the Pacific Northwest, each of the 96 rooms and site offerings fuse classic and contemporary designs to create an eclectic aesthetic (with smart features, of course). As with most days, mornings spent here should be started with a cup of Arrowhead coffee from their espresso post; they’re best enjoyed lounging on the leather couches in the lobby. The second installation of Palihotel’s award-winning, southern-inspired eatery, The Hart and The Hunter, can be found here, as well. The flavors and produce of Seattle pair perfectly with the influence of Southern cooking to create unique American fare. End your day with a night-cap at the lobby lounge, sipping craft cocktails on wood farm-style chairs, overlooking the hustle and bustle of the city streets.
