As if Palazzo Avino — an iconic Italian hotel housed in a historic 12th-century Amalfi Coast villa — couldn’t get any more luxurious, they debut their exclusive collaboration with Italian fashion house, Maison Valentino. The summer 2023 partnership is taking the regional town of Ravello — and the Amalfi Coast — by storm with Valentino’s special pop-up and stylish beach club takeover at one of Italy’s crown-jeweled stays overlooking the sparkling Tyrrhenian Sea.
Harnessing the resort’s chic boutique, The Pink Closet, as its personal storefront, the design brand is showcasing its Escape 2023 couture line. Bright patterns from the Valentino archives, including the famed Valentino Animalier, Loop, and Panther prints, are reimagined into brand-new flowing silhouettes: weightless caftans, breathable mini dresses, eye-catching swimwear, in-vogue sandals, and of course, the chicest of handbags will add a lively pop of color to any wardrobe. The curated assemblage will only be available in-store from June to August.
The collaboration continues at Palazzo Avino’s cliffside beach club, Clubhouse by the Sea, in the small seaside town of Marmorata. Valentino red beach umbrellas and striped deckchairs line the idyllic swimming pool, making the atmosphere that much more glamorous.
