United Kingdom

The United Kingdom encompasses England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland — which means there are plenty of places to see and explore. Start your stay in London, where you can shop at Harrods, people-watch at Hyde Park or Kensington Gardens, and watch the Changing of the Guard ceremony (perhaps you’ll even spot a member of the royal family, if you’re lucky!). Then, venture out to the country to see Stonehenge, an almost-otherworldly prehistoric monument. In Scotland, explore Edinburgh (famous for its namesake castle) and Glasgow (known for its Victorian architecture). Wales is the least- visited nation in the UK, but don’t let that derail you. The destination is most famous for its rocky coastline, stunning national parks, and its capital city of Cardiff. Northern Ireland is equally as breathtaking, with sites like the awe-inspiring Giant’s Causeway, the fairytale-worthy Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, and the mystical-looking The Dark Hedges. The capital of Belfast was the former birthplace of the Titanic, and today, the city is home to a Titanic-themed museum.
